How custom development works

THE PART NUMBER IS NOT THE STARTING POINT.

We select and customize DC fan solutions around the operating point in your assembly. A sample should be checked in the real airflow path before a production decision is made.

  1. 1. Define the dutyAirflow and static pressure at that airflow, temperature, altitude, voltage and envelope.
  2. 2. Build the sampleConfirm control interface, connector, noise target and environmental constraints.
  3. 3. Validate in the unitReview temperature, acoustics, feedback signals and installed airflow before production.

WHAT TO SEND OUR ENGINEERS

Share the target airflow and static pressure, available space, voltage tolerance, control signal, connector, noise limit, quantity and the temperature or ingress conditions. If you have a current fan, send its label and the system context rather than relying on frame size alone.
